case study

Fire Integrity delivered comprehensive fire stopping solutions for the Nine Elms Point development, a mixed-use residential project comprising 645 apartments across seven buildings in Vauxhall, London.

Our scope included the installation of fire stopping systems to maintain compartmentation and prevent the spread of fire and smoke throughout the development. This involved sealing service penetrations, joints, and gaps in walls and floors with certified fire-resistant materials, ensuring compliance with UK fire safety regulations.

The fire stopping works were integrated into the construction programme, coordinated with other trades to minimise disruption and ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project.

By implementing effective fire stopping measures, Fire Integrity contributed to the overall fire safety strategy of Nine Elms Point, enhancing the protection of residents and the building fabric.
