case study
Fire Integrity provided specialist fire stopping solutions for the Nine Elms Parkside development, a £276 million build-to-rent scheme by Telford Homes comprising 894 residential units across two plots in Vauxhall, London.
Our scope included the installation of fire stopping at all service penetrations, junctions, and compartment interfaces throughout the buildings. These measures maintained compartmentation, prevents the spread of fire and smoke, and ensured compliance with UK fire safety regulations.
All fire stopping works were coordinated with the construction programme to integrate seamlessly with other trades and minimise disruption, supporting the safe and timely delivery of the project.
By implementing effective fire stopping across this large-scale development, Fire Integrity contributed to the overall fire safety strategy of Nine Elms Parkside, protecting both the building structure and future occupants.
