case study

At Fire Integrity, we were proud to contribute to the safety and resilience of this state-of-the-art 18,000 sq m hospital by delivering the entire project with intumescent paint protection and comprehensive fire stopping solutions throughout the facility.

Working closely with the project team, our specialists ensured that all structural steelwork received high-performance intumescent coatings, providing fire protection for 15 to 120 minutes (FRP 15-120), helping to maintain structural integrity during a fire, without compromising on finish or design standards.

Our fire-stopping installations were applied to maintain compartmentation and protect critical areas within the hospital. Every element of our work was completed to meet strict fire safety regulations and quality benchmarks, supporting the hospital’s commitment to providing a safe, compliant environment for patients, consultants, and staff. With proven experience in healthcare environments, Fire Integrity ensures that life-saving infrastructure is protected to the highest standards - delivering peace of mind where it matters most.

This 500+ tonne extension was successfully completed with off-site application. Our off-site integra facility enables us to complete complex intmescent spraying projects efficiently, keeping your schedule on track, avoiding costly on-site delays.

Working off-site in out Integra Factory, helped avoid delays & ensured full compliance.
