case study

Fire Integrity we are applying our specialist knowledge of passive fire protection to support the remediation of multiple high-risk apartment blocks delivered under framework contracts.

Our team brings a deep understanding of fire stopping strategy, regulatory compliance, and the practical realities of post-occupancy remediation. Working alongside principal contractors and framework partners, we ensure that every intervention is designed and executed in alignment with both the original fire strategy and the latest Building Safety Act requirements.

By taking a whole-building view, we help identify not just visible defects but systemic weaknesses that compromise compartmentation and means of escape. Our role extends from technical inspections and surveys through to detailed reporting, scope definition, and on-site installation.

Through consistent collaboration and transparent communication, we enable framework teams to deliver compliant, risk-based remediation efficiently across multiple sites, restoring not only physical fire integrity, but confidence in the safety and resilience of the buildings themselves.

March 2025, 15% of social housing buildings over 11 metres, were found to have life-critical fire-safety defects.
